Sheikh Sa'ad Al Ghamdi, a Quran recitor, was born on the 19th of May in 1967 in Damman city in Saudi Arabia. The Sheikh was graduated from the Imam Mohammed Ibn Saud’s university in Al- Ahsaa. (The theological specialty: Oussoul Addin). After finishing the Quran learning  he got the Baccalaureate degree of the Isnad taken from Riwaya of Hafs’ Ain Aasim. He is currently working as a director in Mohamed Al Fateh’s private schools in Dammam.

"The example of him (a believer) who recites the Qur'an is like that of a citron which tastes good and smells good.

And he (a believer) who does not recite the Qur'an is like a date which is good in taste but has no smell.

And the example of a dissolute wicked person who recites the Qur'an is like the Raihana (sweet basil) which smells good but tastes bitter.

And the example of a dissolute wicked person who does not recite the Qur'an is like the colocynth which tastes bitter and has no smell.

Narrated Abu Musa Al-Ash'ari: Bukhari

Hadith Qudsi

عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:

" لَمَّا قَضَى اللَّهُ الْخَلْقَ، كَتَبَ فِي كِتَابِهِ عَلَى نَفْسِهِ، فَهُوَ مَوْضُوعٌ عِنْدَهُ:

 إِنَّ رَحْمَتِي تَغْلِبُ غَضَبِي"

On the authority of Abu Hurayrah who said that the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said:

When Allah decreed the Creation He pledged Himself by writing in His book which is laid down with Him:

My mercy prevails over my wrath.

Hadith

The Prophet PBUH said,

Islam is based on (the following) five (principles):

-   To testify that none has the right to be worshipped but Allah and Muhammad is Allah's Apostle.

-   To offer the (compulsory congregational) prayers dutifully and perfectly.

-   To pay Zakat (i.e. obligatory charity) .

-   To perform Hajj. (i.e. Pilgrimage to Mecca)

-   To observe fast during the month of Ramadan.
